Ik zocht een stempel op maat met logo erbij, deze vond ik hier. Het ontwerpen en bestellen ging zeer snel en gemakkelijk. Na enkele dagen had ik de stempel in huis en ben er tevreden over.

Unfortunately, I cannot review the actual product because I still have not received it.
I placed my order on July 27, with an estimated delivery date of July 31, because I urgently needed these stamps for important administrative procedures.
The order never arrived. I was later informed by the seller that DPD was returning the parcel to them. This was not caused by any mistake on my side — I received no delivery attempt, no notification, and no request to collect the parcel.
On August 6, I contacted customer service again and clearly explained that simply waiting for the parcel to be returned to them was not an acceptable solution. I asked them to confirm that the stamps could be delivered by August 11, otherwise I wanted to cancel the order and receive a full refund, as the stamps would no longer be useful to me after that date.
I specifically asked for a reply that day.
As of August 8 at 15:30, I have still received no response.
Delivery problems can happen, and I understand that. What is particularly disappointing is the lack of communication and urgency in resolving the problem after I explained that the order was time-sensitive.
Ironically, I have now received an automated email asking me to review a product that I still haven't received, while my actual customer service email remains unanswered.
Based on this experience, I will not order from this company again.
